INDUSTRI-LUBE DESCALER is a premium water-based descaler designed to clean and dissolve lime, scale, dirt, and rust deposits in heat exchangers and water-cooled equipment such as air compressors, vacuum pumps, plastic injection molding equipment, blowers, coolers, boilers,… INDUSTRI-LUBE DESCALER is competely non-hazardous and non-toxic, and is biodegradable in it's original state. It is safe to use, and requires no special permits to handle or to dispose of. It is far easier and safer to use than caustics or acids, and is very effective in cleaning equipment and heat exchangers.
INDUSTRI-LUBE DESCALER is USDA and D.O.T. approved. It dissolves approximately 2 pounds of lime & scale per gallon of solution, and is very effective in cleaning & dissolving lime, scale, dirt, and rust deposits. Using Industri-Lube Descaler will keep your heat exchangers and equipment clean, and will also greatly increase heat transfer efficiencies and decrease equipment operating temperatures.
INDUSTRI-LUBE DESCALER will not erode, pit, or oxidize most metals. We do not recommend it for use on aluminum, zinc, or any alloys of magnesium. Industri-Lube Descaler utilizes special metal deactivators and rust protectors that most descalers do not use. These are designed to offer superior protection of all metal surfaces and to protect from corrosion. We also offer a special descaler product for aluminum applications, which is called Industri-Lube Alum Descaler.
